How to Find the 4-Digit Root Code

1. Step 1

   Power on the tuner.

2. Step 2

   Open the main menu using the upper-left button.

3. Step 3

   Open 'Show Settings'.

4. Step 4

   Press and hold the lower-left button until the tuner beeps. This may take up to 30 seconds.

5. Step 5

   Release the button.

6. Step 6

   Record the four-digit root code shown on the screen.

7. Step 7

   Keep the tuner powered on and remain on that screen until you enter the unlock code.
