1. Agreement to the Terms
These Terms govern access to the MiniMaxx Unlocks website and the purchase and use of our individually generated digital unlock-code services. You accept these Terms when you submit an order, affirmatively check the legal acceptance box, complete payment, or use a delivered code.
If you do not agree, do not place an order. Merely browsing the website is not the primary acceptance event; the strongest acceptance occurs at checkout.
2. Company and Contact Information
Minimaxx Unlocks LLC, doing business publicly as MiniMaxx Unlocks, operates https://minimaxxunlock.com. Contact us at support@minimaxxunlock.com.
No public mailing address is currently listed. Please use the support email for customer and legal-policy inquiries.
3. Independent Service
MiniMaxx Unlocks is an independent legacy-device support service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or operated by H&S Performance. We are not affiliated with Ford, General Motors, Chevrolet, GMC, Dodge, Ram, Stellantis, Cummins, or any other device, engine, or vehicle manufacturer. Product and company names are used descriptively only to identify intended compatibility; that descriptive use has not been represented as approved or adjudicated.
4. Eligibility
To order, you must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, and using the service for lawful purposes. You represent that you own the device or are authorized by its owner and that you have authority to provide the submitted VIN, root code, or device information.
5. Description of Services
We sell digital codes individually generated from the exact information accepted with an order. No physical product is shipped. Our service does not include installation, tuning, repair, diagnosis, firmware updates, hardware replacement, custom tuning files, or technical modification of a vehicle.
Each product performs a specific supported function. A purchase does not guarantee that an unsupported, damaged, modified, counterfeit, incompatible, or improperly installed device can be restored or made operational.
6. Supported Products and Compatibility
Configured products currently include:
- Dodge/Ram VIN Reset Code
- Ford VIN Reset Code
- GM VIN Reset Code
- Ford 6.7L First-Tune Code, Part #111005
- Duramax LML First-Tune Code, Part #111006
- Dodge Overdrive Code, Part #111004
Compatibility depends on device model and version, firmware, vehicle application, exact prompt or part number, current lock state, and accurate submitted information. The compatibility details on the specific product page control. Mini Maxx V2 is not supported. Contact support before purchasing if you are uncertain.
7. Customer Information and Input Accuracy
You are responsible for selecting the correct product and accurately entering the vehicle make to which the tuner is currently locked, active root or challenge code, VIN or VIN characters, device prompt, part number, and email address. Leading zeros, letters, order, and character count may affect the result.
We are not responsible for a code correctly generated from incorrect, incomplete, changed, mistyped, or outdated customer input.
8. VIN Reset and Active Root-Code Requirements
For a root-code product, you must use the active root or challenge code currently displayed, keep the tuner powered on where instructed, and remain on that active screen. Leaving the screen, restarting, disconnecting power, or reopening the screen may generate a different root code. A code generated for an earlier root code may not work with a newly generated root code.
Select the make of the vehicle to which the tuner is currently locked, not necessarily the vehicle where you intend to install it. These are material conditions of a VIN-reset purchase.
9. First-Tune and Overdrive Product Requirements
Ford #111005, Duramax LML #111006, and Dodge Overdrive #111004 are not VIN-reset products. Purchase one only when a supported tuner displays the corresponding prompt or part number. Selecting the wrong code type or part-number product is a customer selection error.
10. Ordering
You select a product, provide the required information, accept the policies, submit the checkout request, and complete Stripe Checkout. After Stripe confirms payment, our server generates the applicable code and makes it available through the secure order process.
Before fulfillment, we may reject or cancel an order because of suspected fraud or unlawful use, a technical or pricing error, an unsupported product, payment failure, a duplicate transaction, or a security concern. If payment was captured and we cancel before delivery, we will refund that payment.
11. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The current standard price is $15.00 USD per code, but prices may change prospectively. A completed order is charged at the price displayed during checkout.
Stripe processes payment-card details through its hosted checkout. We do not directly store complete card numbers or security codes. You are responsible for taxes where legally required, and tax calculation or collection may be added where configured or required.
12. Digital Delivery
Delivery occurs after confirmed payment. The code is made available on a secure result page and may also be sent by transactional email where that delivery channel is enabled. Email can be delayed by filtering, an incorrect submitted address, provider outages, or other technical issues.
The initial secure result link remains valid for seven days. A replacement link requested through Order Lookup remains valid for 24 hours and immediately invalidates every previous link for that order. Links may be used more than once while valid. After expiration, request another secure link through Order Lookup. Delivery is complete when the code is made available through the secure website result, sent to the submitted email, or both, as applicable.
13. Refunds
Because each code is a customized digital product generated specifically from customer-submitted information and is disclosed immediately after payment, all sales are final and non-refundable except where MiniMaxx Unlocks verifies that an error attributable to our system caused an incorrect code or failed delivery, or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Contact support first so we can review and, where appropriate, correct a delivery or generation issue. We may provide a payment processor with checkout acceptance records, order information, masked input or an input fingerprint, delivery and email records where available, access or security logs, support communications, and the accepted policy version.
Nothing here prevents a legitimate payment dispute. Knowingly submitting a false dispute may result in denial of future service to the extent permitted by law.
15. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service without the device owner's authorization or for fraud, theft, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity. You may not resell an individually generated code without permission; automate probing or excessive requests; scrape or disrupt the website; bypass payment or security; submit malicious code; attempt to access server-side algorithms; or reverse engineer the code-generation service except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Vehicle and Emissions Compliance
We sell only the listed unlock-code products. We do not provide emissions-delete tuning, emissions-defeat instructions, or a representation that a vehicle modification is lawful. You are responsible for federal, state, local, and other applicable vehicle and emissions laws. An unlock code is not a representation that later tuning, configuration, or vehicle use is lawful, and no off-road or competition label automatically establishes legality.
17. Intellectual Property
Our original website text, layout, software, brand elements, product graphics, databases, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Minimaxx Unlocks LLC. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
You receive only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the website and a purchased code for the authorized device and application. We do not claim ownership of third-party tuner, engine, or vehicle brands.
18. Service Availability
We may modify or discontinue products, perform maintenance, suspend service, correct errors, update compatibility information, or limit suspected abusive use. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
19. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." Except for an express written promise in these policies or on the applicable product page, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility, and successful operation of damaged or unsupported devices.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minimaxx Unlocks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages; lost profits, data, or business; vehicle downtime; towing, diagnostic, labor, or third-party service costs; device replacement; or damage caused by incorrect customer input or unsupported use. Our aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted by law.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, or reimburse Minimaxx Unlocks LLC for reasonable third-party claims and costs resulting from your unauthorized device use, unlawful conduct, false ownership representation, materially incorrect information, violation of these Terms, or infringement caused by material you provide. This obligation is limited to loss reasonably connected to your conduct and does not apply where prohibited by law.
22. Electronic Communications
You consent to transactional communications through email, website notices, and secure order pages concerning checkout, payment, fulfillment, retrieval, security, and support. Transactional messages are not consent to a marketing subscription.
23. Changes to the Terms
Updated Terms apply prospectively from the displayed effective or last-updated date. We may provide reasonable notice of material changes. The policy version recorded when you accept checkout applies to that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
24. Governing Law and Venue
No company formation state or agreed venue is stated in this draft because those facts have not been verified. Until confirmed and reviewed by counsel, governing law and venue are determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms displaces mandatory consumer protections available in your jurisdiction.
25. Severability, Waiver, Assignment, and Entire Agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or reorganization. You may not assign an order or these Terms without our consent.
These Terms, the incorporated policies, checkout disclosures, and applicable product page form the entire agreement concerning an order. Headings are for convenience only.
